She loves the spontaneous moments in photography when the subject, be it human or animal, has no idea that they are being photographed. Without the knowledge of the camera lens focused on them, Sher captures her subjects truly . . . just being.

Along with her passion for candid photography, Ms. Board loves macro and landscape photography. Sher has shot on all 7 continents and keeps her bags packed for the next great adventure. As a matter of fact, in May of 2010, Sher will be taking pictures in 2 of the greatest cities in the world: Paris and London. Also, on this same journey, she will visit and shoot in Scotland and Wales.

Ms. Board never stops learning. She enjoys keeping her skills polished by taking online courses in photography and daily outdoor lessons on capturing the perfect color, direction, quantity, and quality that natural light brings to the tones and forms of her genuine photographs.
